Shaft rotation: The shaft rotation of this pump is clockwise when looking at the shaft end.

Materials of construction: The pump housing, piston and cylinder block are typically made of high-strength cast iron, while the valve plate and port plate are made of aluminum alloy. The pistons may be coated with a hard anodized finish to improve wear resistance.
